3 words not working? Let's fix that.

Most issues are a simple typo or an expired link. Run through these checks.

Troubleshooting checklist

    Check spelling

    The words must be exact. Even one wrong letter will prevent access. Double-check each word carefully.

    Check for spaces

    Enter each word separately. No dots, dashes, or special characters between them — just the three words.

    Check expiry

    Links expire after 7–90 days depending on the sender's plan. If the folder has expired, the files are no longer accessible through the password.

    Check capitalisation

    Passwords are case-insensitive, so "Coral Ladder Seven" and "coral ladder seven" both work. But double-check you're typing the right words.

    Ask the sender to verify

    Ask the person who sent you the files to confirm the exact 3 words. They can check in their Skypost dashboard if they have an account.

    If the link has expired

    Ask the sender to create a new folder and resend. Paid users can also revive expired folders from their dashboard.
